Has been going around like a bad flu.
For as long as I remember.
The same old... (pun intended)
New Year's resolution meme gang.
Aaand in the red corner...
Contestant number 2.
The do nothing gang.
Actively advising against action.
(LOL, why the effort?)
Guess what.
They're both right.
They're also both dead wrong.
Like the dead of winter.
Everything chill.
Nothing to do.

Look, I get it.
This is all highly confusing.
Who should you listen to with all this conflicting guru advice...
Should I do more or less?
I don't want to add to the complexity.
BUT...
It's "kinda" important
2025 is gonna be wild if you ask me
You don't need reminding.
You're amidst a technological revolution.
A deluge of information.
A breaking down of a centrally controlled narrative...
How do you discern truth?
How do you maintain sanity?
How do you make sense of any of this?
Can't lose touch with your heart and intuition
The deeper your connection to YOUR truth.
The easier to navigate these times.
Silence the chaos.
Listen to the whispers of truth.
Allow your authenticity.
Your spirit & soul.
Guide you through this year.
All false gurus are "kindly" invited to step up...
... to the Guru Guillotine!

Not as a childish fantasy quirk...
Nope.
As part of my personal mythology.
That's that inner guidance system.
The unconscious.
Communicating in symbols.
I've in fact been guiding peeps on this journey.
Exploring the inner landscapes.
Playing tourist.

Metaphysical creatures.
Symbolic of one's spiritual game.
Also a metaphor for my higher self.

2024 the year of the dragon
(Chinese Lore)
The Chinese New Year is coming...
After the spring equinox's first new moon.
Welcoming the new year in the sign of the snake.
This is what my inner guidance system tells me:
Let's first unpack this metaphor.
See, a dragon.
It's an evolved serpent.
The wings are metaphysical.
Suggesting its mastery over space & time.
Where the Snake...
It's grounded.
Primal.
Predating our Neo-cortex, the reptilian brain
It’s called reptilian cause of its similarity.
With the entire brain of reptiles.
(didn't see that coming, did ya? :)
Suggests an earlier development.
A simpler time.
Before sonnets and quadratic equations.
Our basic survival instincts.
It kicks in when we're:
in danger
hungry
mating
What the hell does this mean to me?
I can't say for certain.
Cause you're your own guru remember.
BUT...
Here's what it means to me:
Foundations!
This is the part where we go from metaphysics to marketing
2024 was a great reset year.
Business wise.
I was digging a hole in the ground...
To pour in the foundations.
So 2025 looks quite fundamental for me...
1. FUNDAMENTAL (as in stick to 1st principles, the basics)
2. FUN (as in remembering creativity is intelligence at play)
3. MENTAL (as in being mindful of your inner space)
